The basics
Welcome. By using the Teen Care Baja website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. This website exists to give families information about our residential behavioral camp. Using this website does not enroll your teen, create a professional relationship, or make Teen Care Baja responsible for your family's decisions. Enrollment in the program is governed by a separate written agreement between your family and Teen Care Baja.
Not advice, and not for emergencies
The content on this site is general information about our program and about parenting struggling teens. It is not medical, psychological, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals who know your teen. If your teen is in crisis or in danger, do not use this website to get help. In the United States, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. In Mexico, call 911. This site and our contact forms are not monitored around the clock and are not an emergency service.
Using the site
The text, images, and design of this site belong to Teen Care Baja or are used with permission. You may read, share links to, and print pages for personal use. You may not copy our content for commercial purposes, misrepresent it, or use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to access systems or data you are not authorized to access. This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Accuracy, liability, and changes
We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and current, and we correct it when we learn something is wrong. Even so, the site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and program details may change. The most current and complete information always comes from talking with our admissions team directly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teen Care Baja is not liable for damages arising from use of this website itself. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable law, or the terms of any enrollment agreement your family signs with us. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Baja California, Mexico, where the program operates. If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
