Accessibility Statement

Updated July 16, 2026

Our commitment

Families come to this website during stressful moments, and everyone deserves to be able to read it, navigate it, and reach us, regardless of ability or the technology they use. Teen Care Baja is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice, that means we work toward text that can be resized without breaking the layout, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation for all interactive elements, descriptive text for meaningful images, and clear, consistent page structure that works with screen readers.

Where we are today, and how to reach us

This is a young website and we are still improving it. Some images may not yet have complete descriptive text, and some pages are still being refined. We review accessibility as part of every update, and we fix issues as we find them or as they are reported to us. If any part of this website is difficult for you to use, or if you need information from it in another format, please tell us through our contact page or by phone. We will do our best to provide the information you need promptly and to fix the underlying issue. Feedback like this genuinely helps us, and we are grateful for it.
