Karla Castro Gastelum

Karla Castro Gastelum serves as Teen Care Baja's On-Call Registered Nurse. While she is not a member of our full-time staff, she is available to provide professional nursing care, health guidance, and medical support whenever needed for the benefit of our students and their families. Karla earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa and has been a licensed registered nurse since 2001. She brings more than 19 years of experience with Mexico's Secretaría de Salud, serving in a variety of public health programs focused on patient care, health monitoring, and community wellness. Karla will also be present at all of our family gatherings, where she will be available to provide healthcare support, answer questions, and assist students and families whenever appropriate. Her experience, compassionate approach, and commitment to quality care make her a valued member of Teen Care Baja's extended healthcare team.
