Braulio Garza Jr.

I'm Braulio Garza Jr., founder and director of Teen Care Baja. My role is to lead the development of the program, support our team, and work closely with families to help create a safe, structured environment where students have the opportunity to grow and move toward a healthier future. This work is deeply personal to me. I lost my brother and several other family members to addiction and destructive behaviors, and my wife also lost her brother to addiction. Those experiences gave us a lifelong commitment to helping young people find the guidance, accountability, and hope that so many of our loved ones never had. For many years I've worked with families and young people in my community, always believing that respect, consistency, and compassion can make a meaningful difference. I've been married to my wife for 37 years, and together we've dedicated this chapter of our lives to supporting teens and the families who love them.
